Campsite guests increasingly expect a real bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace with hotel-room comfort. Mobile homes deliver that without new buildings: they are placed on prepared pitches and the campsite gains new units for the season.

Our homes offer 24 m² of net living space and a 7 m² terrace. Layout, facade, interior and level of finish follow your campsite concept, so the whole series looks like part of one brand.

In series orders every home leaves the factory to the same standard and with the same materials, so the first and the twentieth are identical.

Your design, repeated in series.

For glamping sites, holiday parks and resorts we build homes that fit the setting: timber facades by the forest or the sea, render in local tones, large glass doors towards the view. The 7 m² terrace can be covered, with a pergola or privacy screens.

Planning the season

Order in good time.

Production takes 1 to 9 months, depending on the number of homes. If you need them for next season, contact us early so there is time to agree the design, build the homes and prepare the foundations.

Each pitch needs access for a truck and a crane. The home itself is placed on its foundations in one day; the overall timeline depends on the location and the weather.

Transport, crane and placement are included in the price, and we deliver anywhere in Europe.

Every home is delivered turnkey, with installations ready to use.

  • Load-bearing frame

    EN 1993-1-1 · EN 1998-1

    Hot-dip galvanised steel profiles of 2 to 3 mm, bolted and welded, designed for permanent, wind and seismic loads with anti-corrosion protection.

  • External walls

    ~16.5 cm

    Non-combustible mineral wool, OSB/3 boards, ETICS facade with 5 cm EPS and a weather and UV resistant decorative render.

  • Roof

    ~26 cm

    5 cm PIR sandwich panel with 20 cm of high-density mineral wool and an inner plasterboard lining.

  • Floor

    100–150 mm insulation

    Steel floor beams, high-density insulation and 18 mm OSB/3, finished with vinyl, parquet or laminate.

  • Windows and doors

    Uw to 0.8 W/m²K

    Thermally broken aluminium profiles with argon-filled triple glazing. Sound insulation up to 45 dB.

  • Installations

    Turnkey

    Electrics, LED lighting, plumbing, drainage, bathroom and kitchen connections. Ready for air conditioning, heat pumps and solar panels.

How many homes can you build?

We build single homes as well as series of ten, twenty or more. Production takes 1 to 9 months, depending on the quantity.

Can the homes match our campsite style?

Yes. Facade, colours, joinery, interior and level of finish follow your concept, and the whole series is built to the same design.

What is included in the price?

The homes built to the agreed specification, transport, crane and placement on the foundations. You receive the price in an offer tailored to your project.

How does payment work?

Payment is made in three parts: 30% – 40% – 30%. The schedule and exact terms are set out in the offer and contract.

What do we need to prepare?

Foundations on the pitches and access for a truck and a crane. Permits and placement conditions are not part of our service, so please check them with the local authority.
